| The AACHEN SCHOOL OF COURSE DESIGN is an autonomous Institution and since 2005 a beneficiary Foundation (Non-Profit-Organization)and is striving to promote the ART OF COURSE DESIGN and CONCOURS DESIGN and specially the young generation of potential Designers. |
| ASCD is working with Official Recognition of the FEI. |
| ASCD is considered to be the early nucleus of a later growing and prospering school. It is now focussing and concentrating on a few important, but feasible activities in order to avoid too high starting barriers. |
